Altuzarra Spring 2012

Sportswear meets Hawaii? Who knew that combo would work?

Though I love everything Joseph Altruzarra has done in the past, this collection is not my favorite. There are a couple things I did liked: All the pointy toe pumps to strappy heels, mixing leather with print and the heavy Bambi-esque eyebrows.

Grunge at Altuzarra

Altuzarra delivers another sleek and sexy season with grunge undertones for Fall 2011 featuring mahogany and burgundy hues paired with boots and fur trimmed stilettos. Models strutted down the runway with sheer blouses layered with heavy parkas, slicked back hair and crimson lips. Another highlight of the show were the slinky dresses vamped up with high slits proving the Altuzzara woman as anything but shy. (fashiongonerogue)
