2012 Critics Choice Awards

Awards season is upon us!

 Last night at the 2012 Critics Choice Awards celebs came out pouring onto the red carpet but sadly, for me, it was a lot of disappointment. There were a few leading ladies like Emma Stone, Diane Kruger and Michelle Williams that looked exquisite, but they always are red carpet ready. A couple of disappointments were Chloe Moretz and Elle Fanning, who normally are stand outs for me. The two teenage tweens wore gorgeous dresses from Chanel and Rodarte, respectively, but the dresses were wearing them and were not age appropriate (images below).

Best Dressed at Golden Globes

My Favorite of the night, Emma Stone exudes confidence in this coral, backless, cap-sleeved Calvin Klein Collection dress. I'm loving the new blonde hair too! Pefection!

Leighton Meester's Burberry Prorsum dress is an unexpected choice for the Golden Globes but it totally works!

Helen Mirren looked sensational and graceful in this Badgley Mischka strapless gown with an embroidered shrug.

Anne Hathaway. Usually not a huge fan of her but the only reason why she made MY best dressed list is because her Armani Prive dress was blackless. I'm unhealthily obsessed with long sleeved dresses that covers you all up in the front but has a sexy surprise in the back. Sort of like a mullet, Business in front, party in back!

Michelle Williams looks adorable in her daisy Valentino gown. It goes perfectly with her pixie blonde hair.
